These Terms govern your use of the 546db platform. By registering or placing any wager you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause below.
Introduction
Effective Date: 1 January 2026These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and 546db ("Platform", "we", "us") governing access to and use of the 546db website and all associated services including cricket betting, live casino, slots and crash games. Please read every section carefully before using the platform.
By accessing 546db, making a deposit, or placing a bet you unconditionally accept these Terms and all additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not use the platform.

Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on 546db. By registering you confirm and warrant that you meet this requirement. 546db reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds withheld pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be void and forfeited.
You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 546db. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, balances forfeited and the player permanently banned.
546db uses automated and manual KYC checks to verify all players. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal facilities being suspended until verification is complete.
Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 546db will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. 546db accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
546db may suspend or close any account where it reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) use of the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes; (d) provision of false identity information; or (e) activity contrary to fair play. In such cases funds may be withheld pending investigation.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for twelve (12) consecutive months. 546db will notify the account holder by email prior to any administrative fee being applied. Inactivity fees will not reduce the balance below zero. Dormant accounts may be closed after a further six (6) months of inactivity following notification.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 546db are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 546db supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers. All transactions must use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.
The minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary based on your account verification level and chosen payment method. Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. 546db charges no processing fee on deposits.
Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless an exception is approved in writing by 546db.
546db may delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering. In such cases 546db will notify the player by email and provide a clear explanation of the information required to resolve the matter promptly.
Anti-Money Laundering: 546db is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits not used for genuine gaming activity may be subject to enhanced scrutiny. Withdrawing deposited funds without placing a reasonable volume of bets may trigger a compliance review. 546db cooperates fully with all lawful investigations by competent authorities.
Bonuses & Promotions
546db offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms in this section and any specific promotion terms published alongside the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account registration and, where required, identity verification. A welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address or device. 546db reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the promotion.
546db publishes special promotional offers during the BPL season, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and other culturally significant periods. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. All seasonal promotions are subject to the general bonus rules in this section unless stated otherwise in the promotion's own terms.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for use on specified games only. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Check the individual promotion page for applicable free spin terms.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games on 546db are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi and NetEnt. Each game operates according to its own published rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.
All non-live casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or any player action outside normal game mechanics. Published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
If a game malfunctions during play due to a technical error, server interruption or software fault, all bets placed during the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 546db's decision on disputed outcomes, made after reviewing server logs and game provider records, is final and binding.
Cricket betting markets on 546db are governed by the specific rules published on each market's bet-slip page. In general: (a) matches abandoned without a result will be voided; (b) result markets are settled on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB or equivalent); (c) live in-play bets are accepted up to the point the market is suspended — no bets will be accepted after that point even if a system delay caused acceptance to appear to occur. 546db reserves the right to void any bet placed in error.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 546db. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets or scrape data from the platform.
- Colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors or using any strategy designed to circumvent the house edge in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
- Attempting to launder money, transfer illegal funds or use the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
- Registering or operating more than one account, or acting as a proxy for a third party who is ineligible to register.
- Providing false identification documents or impersonating another person during KYC verification.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing 546db staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat or email.
Zero Tolerance: 546db employs fraud-detection technology that monitors platform activity in real time. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct are reviewed by a compliance team. Where fraud is confirmed, 546db reserves the right to report activity to relevant Bangladeshi authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 546db shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; service interruptions caused by events outside 546db's reasonable control; or reliance placed on information published on the platform.
546db makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 546db platform — including software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 546db or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 546db.
546db grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercialise any platform content, feature or service.
Amendments & Governing Law
546db reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the platform with an updated effective date. Where the amendment is material, 546db will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by email to registered players. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 546db operates as an international online gaming platform and does not represent that the services offered are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
